Shipping policy

All Ply-Fi speaker stands are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order for production and dispatch. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Delivery is via a tracked courier service.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

France, Germany, Austria & Spain — Customer-Arranged Freight

Due to EU packaging regulations, we are currently unable to arrange direct shipping to France, Germany, Austria, and Spain. Customers in these countries are welcome to place an order, and we will contact you after purchase to help coordinate your freight arrangement. Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

As each stand is made to order, we are unable to expedite production times. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
