Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ply-Fi furniture. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be carefully disassembled and returned in their original flat-pack condition — undamaged, with all components and original packaging included.

How to return

• Contact us at sales@ply-fi.co.uk to request a return authorisation before sending anything back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Your statutory rights

• Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As a UK consumer, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. For orders placed online, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason.
